Hi Guys. Ok... I'm kinda vibing Julie and Julia (fantastic movie if you haven't seen it already... put it on the list). It's actually kinda ridiculous it's taken over 15 years since I've actually made that Solsutra logo, to get to this blog post! Ugh! Time! Anyway, we're gonna be best friends basically and just like the movie, and folkes, we have a THEME! It will be documentMing our journey together to hold natural health and sharing the joys of living a simple lifestyle.

Just picture me (little, Indian, super cute haha) feveriously researching natural, holistic health 6 out of the 8 hours working for American Idol in Los Angeles. Yep. That's where it literally happened. My other job in Biomedical Engineering left me with the irritating question of, "how the heck did this person get to this point in being so regardless of their healthough, they need engineers to construct a devise that goes in their body that may or may not fail cross fingers it’s just a prototype 😬! I mean, what?! That's not NORMAL!! How did we get here?? Being the natural and sometimes annoying problem solver that I am, I had to KNOW!
