Mindful Tummy

I really feel like we are connected to God by the foods we eat. Whether it's beef or broccoli... they were all made by the almighty powerful and beams with the energy only given by him... you dig? It's ok to eat things that aren't "alive", but just not often... especially the older we get. We can't possibly house a greater intellect and closer connection to our souls if we are not feeding them with God given light matter. I think everything that needs the sun to thrive, will also make us thrive (although I don't think mushrooms see the light of day. Crap I love mushrooms. Again, don't be type A with this philosophy... or any philosophy for that matter.)


Think of like 7 LIVE things you would like to eat once a day for a week. Just start with that. Simple, easy. You will feel so proud of not only connecting with your bod, but actually being mindful of what you like. We often fall into the trap of "I should do this" or "I should eat that", but seriously STOP. This is your life, What do you want to do? What do you want to eat?
